Classes in the works for Winter 2012

Tamari Date:  Many of you have expressed interest in making the string wrapped origami ornaments like those I have in the studio.  I’m planning Sunday, February 5^th from 11:00 to 1:00.  Come in and make an interesting Valentine’s Day  gift!  All materials provided….cost is $15.

Join us on Friday afternoons at 1:00 (revolving enrollment) for  Beginning Crochet.  You get 4 instructional periods – consecutive or space them out.  No experience needed.  Crochet hook,  yarn provided to get you on the learning curve!  Cost is $60 for 4 sessions

Join us on Monday evenings at 6:00 for Beginning Crochet – Start Date January 23

No experience needed.  Crochet hook & yarn provided for practice and sample projects.

Also….

Friday afternoons at 3:00 will begin another round of Quilting – Beginning January 27^th

And a new Quilting class will be added Thursday evenings beginning February 2

Plans are to make a lap size quilt or wallhanging using appliqué and patchwork techniques.

Fabric is available if you are adventurous….or feel free to bring your own.  Approximately 1 yard each of several coordinated fabrics is plenty.

Quilting classes are $60.00 for 4 classes (approximately 1-1/2 hours each)
